Michael McGinnis, the editor of the online Rockton-Roscoe News, wrote a detailed story on the Village of Roscoe board of trustees vote to rezone an area on Roscoe Rd. By voting for the rezoning of the field, the board showed their support for the development of multi-family townhomes to be built by developer Josh Petry (take some time and look into the Petry family development practices).
