This idea is just in it's beginning stages, but i'm kind of excited about it and know @Renee Mealey will like it. Roscoe Township Supervisor Bob Nowicki is developing a plan to organize volunteers to plant prairie plants in many of the unused areas of Cross Park and Kelly Myers Park. Nothing excactly happening with it yet, but I love the idea, so I thought I'd share.
